WP3 - Development of teaching material and digital repository
After the competencies are improved, finally selected, this WP is devoted to developing the teaching material and its digital repository. The final objective is to design and implement mechatronic devices, used as practical resources by HEI teachers, to improve the selected competencies (or group of competencies). These devices will improve, together with the teaching material, the acquisition of the competencies.
These devices shall be an open resource for the HEI teacher community. I will lead to a continuous improvement of the devices and their corresponding teaching material. In this sense, a digital repository will be created. It will include, at least, the overall description of the devices, the associated teaching material, the competencies which can be covered/improved with the device, and the start-up documentation.
Expected results
The result of this work package is a collection of functional devices which contributes to improve the level of acquisition of specific competences of different degrees of engineering.
The teaching material and the start-up documentation will also develop in order to provide whole hardware/software/documentation packages.
These resources will be available for the HEI teachers’ community by creating a digital repository.
